Flight of the Gannet

This year Scottish Nature Photography decided to include videos in their latest competition. I had produced a 10 minute video called "Infinite View" last year so I decided to enter a shortened version of the same into this new competition. It was all done in super quick time because I almost missed the entry deadline. I called it "The Flight of the Gannet". Never expected to hear anything back of course but I entered it anyway. Imagine my surprise when it was voted into 3rd place. The music by son Christopher helped immensely. I will probably make another visit to the Bass Rock as it always awe inspiring. Not cheap at £120 a trip but many people like myself think it's worth every penny.
